The Challenge
More than a visual upgrade
Consulting Rausch approached us with an existing website and a pre-selected Webflow template—but they needed more than a visual upgrade. Their goal was to establish a stronger digital presence that truly reflected their professional positioning in IT and transformation consulting.
While the design foundation was in place, it quickly became clear that the site structure lacked clarity, and the messaging didn’t yet speak directly to the needs of potential clients. Our challenge was to reshape and refine—building on what existed, but steering the project toward a more strategic and conversion-focused experience.
Our Approach
From Template to Tailored
We used the chosen template as a starting point—but restructured nearly every section with intention. Instead of simply filling in content, we asked the right strategic questions:
- What does this website need to convey to decision-makers?
- What information drives trust, and what might overwhelm?
- What is the logical user journey, from landing to lead?
From there, we crafted a leaner, clearer sitemap and refined the page flow to guide users through:
Home → Services → Insights → About → Contact
Each section was adapted to meet real goals—not just aesthetic consistency.
Testing for Impact
To ensure we didn’t rely on assumptions, we tested multiple section structures and content placements. We monitored how different layouts affected scroll behavior, time on page, and CTA interactions.
- Hero sections were adjusted to clarify the offer and reduce bounce
- Service breakdowns were made more digestible and skimmable
- Trust-building elements (like company background and expertise) were repositioned for visibility without clutter
This allowed us to prioritize what worked and remove what didn’t.
The Outcome
A better performing page
The result is a refined, professional Webflow website that doesn’t just look better—it performs better. It reflects the credibility and clarity Consulting Rausch needed to align with the high-stakes work they do in digital transformation, PMO, and IT strategy.
- The structure now supports a clear client journey
- Content speaks directly to the pain points and priorities of corporate decision-makers
- The site is easy to manage and scalable for future updates
What We Learned
Even a template needs strategy
It’s not what you use, but how you adapt it to fit real goals and logic.
Professionalism isn’t just visual—it’s structural
Layouts, copy, and flow must all build trust and guide action.
Testing beats guessing
The best-performing sections were the ones backed by data and feedback, not gut feeling.
